Parent-Teacher Organization

 

The MPCS PTO is a small group of parent and teacher volunteers who help MPCS in many valuable ways. The PTO funds the Accelerated Reader (AR) Program. We also fund and manage the Snack Bar (which helps to fund field trips), Teacher Appreciation, Book Fair, and more. The PTO also has fundraisers and events throughout the year to not only help raise money for our school but also to provide fellowship opportunities to the families that attend our school. 

PTO membership is open to all MPCS parents, and EVERYONE is welcome to attend PTO meetings. Please come join us for a very valuable and rewarding experience. We usually meet once a month. The 2016-2017 PTO Board members are in place, and we are already off to an exciting start to this school year! We have some exciting new ideas for events and fundraising this year, so stay tuned!  We will send notifications home in Friday folders with your child, in the "News & Views" weekly newsletter, on Facebook, and via our Text Alert System.

**NEW THIS YEAR** - a PTO Welcome Packet! This packet is filled with useful information and will be available at Orientation in August of 2016. The PTO Welcome Packet is also available online in PDF format so you can save it! **Tip** - Save it on your smartphone to have it at your fingertips 24/7!

Our take-home fundraiser this year is Charleston Wrap. The fundraiser technically runs from 9/15-10/10, but orders can be placed all year long here!!
